1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how wagnergraphicdesign.com (the “Website”), published by Wagner & Co, uses cookies and similar technology, and the choices you have. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect and why.

2. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website can place on your device to remember information, such as your preferences or that you have visited before. “Similar technology” covers things that work the same way, such as local storage, pixels and tracking scripts.

3. Cookies this Website uses

The Website does not set any cookies. It does not use analytics, does not run advertising or retargeting, and does not use cookies to remember you between visits. It is a static site with no login, shopping cart, or other feature that would need a cookie to work, so there is no “strictly necessary” cookie category to list either.

4. Third-party services

A small number of pages load a resource from, or send data to, a third party as part of delivering the Website or the contact form. Those third parties operate under their own cookie and privacy policies, which we do not control:

• Google Fonts. Pages load the Questrial web font from Google Fonts. This sends your IP address to Google when the font loads, but Google Fonts’ standard web font API does not set a cookie in your browser.
• Formspree. If you submit the contact form, your message is sent directly to our form-processing provider, Formspree, so we can receive it. Formspree may use cookies or similar technology as part of operating its own service — see Formspree’s own privacy and cookie policy for detail.
• GitHub Pages. The Website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitor IP addresses for security purposes at the hosting level, under its own privacy statement, but this does not involve setting a cookie in your browser for the Website.

5. Your choices

Because the Website itself does not set cookies, there is nothing of ours to opt out of. You can still control cookies generally through your browser settings — to block all cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when a cookie is set — and you can use browser extensions or private/incognito browsing for extra control over third-party resources such as web fonts. Blocking cookies or third-party resources will not stop the Website’s core content from working, though it may affect how fonts render.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the technology the Website uses changes — for example if we add analytics or a new embedded service in future, we will update this page to describe it before it goes live, and add a cookie-consent mechanism if the law then requires one. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
